Locating land for house

Locating land for constructing your dream house is very important.You may have ancestoral property or land purchased for the specific purpose of constructing your dream house
In either of these cases you should get an architect preferably with knowledge in vasthu and kerala building rules to check and verify the plot which you have in mind for the house.He has to check the following aspects related to the land
1.Whether the plot is auspicious for construction of house as per Vasthu?
2.Whether the soil and landscape suitable for house construction?
3.Whether Kerala building rules will allow construction of house in the plot within the rules?
On your own you will have to verify with local authority office like Panchayath/municipality/Corporation whether there is any objection for building a house in that specific plot by giving them survey number details of the plot
You will also have to verify documents related to the documents with a lawyer handling civil cases whether the said plot has any legal complications and if so ways to overcome such legal hassles
